Flying at 33 weeks

Ugh. I was just asked to go on a business trip from NY to Chicago when I'll be 33 weeks. Technically the travel restriction doesn't start until 36 weeks and medically there's probably no reason that I can't fly. But I just don't feel comfortable doing it that late in the pregnancy. I'm a 39 year old FTM pregnant via IVF so I am considered high risk. What is everyone's opinion? Am I being a baby or should I come up with a good excuse to not go? Thanks
