Hi all,

After a first failed FET we are ready to transfer again. We had our embryos PGT-A tested but unfortunately it still failed. Our doctor said its still not 100% which is tough but the reality of the testing. He doesn’t think implantation/lining is a concern since i successfully implanted during <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but unfortunately ended in blighted ovum. He did say if we have another failed cycle I considered a mock cycle with ERA test.

My protocol is estradiol 2mg 3x a day. I been on it for a week already and my lining is at 10 and trilaminar appearance. Can a lining keep growing and become “too thick”? I feel a bit worried about this.

Starting next Saturday (5 days before transfer) I will

be starting PIO once a day, medrol,doxycycline, and baby aspirin.

Scheduled transfer is 1/23.

Any advice about the lining? I will touch base with the doctor again to ask and be sure but won’t hear back till Monday 🙏🏻
