He should leave in my opinion she chose to foster a child and has taken the child in for a year or 2 already and if she can just toss a child out at the drop of a hat she shouldn’t be a foster mom 🤷🏼‍♀️

If my husband did 8 years in prison for a felony I’m gonna assume he did something pretty awful. Not always the case.. but I would probably have divorced him long before that. I don’t get why she planned on staying with him and fostered a child knowing he would get out? Weird situation.

She should’ve known this was going to be an issue and not fostered the kid in the first place. 
But since she already did that, he should leave. Foster kids have it tough enough and it’s not their fault they’re in that situation.

She adopted the kid tho? So I don’t think it applies. She adopted her in like early 2019, so the girl is her child now, she’s not a foster kid anymore. The husband isn’t out yet either but I don’t think there’s any laws that wouldn’t allow him to live with his now child.
