When did the PIO stop?

I’m currently 7+4, have an 8th week scan scheduled. Was wondering at what week the PIO shots stop and when do you move to your normal Gyneac (from fertility doc)

I had my last appointment with the RE at 6wk4d and then had my first OB appointment at 10wk. 
My shots stopped at 7wk.

I am doing a surrogacy, my meds stopped at 12 weeks for the first baby, and 10 weeks for the second baby. Different offices, so they had different protocols.

I just stopped my PIO at 10 weeks. I was graduated to my OB at after my 7 week scan though.
