Had a wet dream that led to immediate cramps and spotting... why?!

Is this normal???

So today makes 8 weeks exactly . My husband spent all night flirting with me but I ignored him because the last time we had sex while im pregnant, I had spotting that scared me.

So just my luck that I have a pretty vivid sex dream and woke up the second after I had a orgasm. I was confused and thought I was dreaming until I felt the cramping. Rushed to the bathroom and sure enough, pink & red when I wiped. Oh the cramps suuuuucked! I had to take a Tylenol and just wait it out.

Never had cramping like that before but it gives me zero hope for my pregnant sex-life which makes me so upset because everything is extra pleasurable now! 😫
