Listeria concerns!
I researched; I read 3 sites that 145 degrees was the temp necessary for roast beef. Husband questioned temp because I keep saying it needs to be well done. We ate dinner. I continue to research and now I have found conflicting evidence! I cooked the roast to 146 in the center. I ate closer to the edge because my husband freaked me out. Now I am worried about listeria! I have had 3 losses and now I am worried I will cause a miscarriage/stillbirth fml! Why does pregnancy have to be so difficult. 😥
