Help I’m into him

So ladies there’s this guy who I have been seeing and he’s so great he motivates me, he’s respectful, he randomly sends me food to work because I always forget lunch 😂. He even brought gifts for my parents and little sisters for the holidays even though I have yet to take him to meet them. The only problem is he’s been hurt by so many people for example his brother and cousin broke into his home and took things, his past girlfriend got pregnant by his bestfriend and I see he’s guarded, I know he really likes me but how do I show him it’s okay to have his guard down with me? I really am into him. I don’t judge nor blame him for being this way because he’s so giving and people close to him just took his trust away.
