I spoke with Owlet and sent them all the pictures, took her to the doctors office to confirm it was a burn.. it had heeled and left a scar...

Owlet is sending me a refund for the product and I will be sending this back for diagnosing to see why it malfunctioned. As this is rare and I I’m just glad I’m a helicopter mom and noticed it before it got any worse.

Ladies I need some advice...

We have been using the owlet since she was born and loved it and it definitely helped with peace of mind.. but fast forward she turned 8m yesterday and while putting her down for a nap I noticed this burn on the bottom of her foot right where the owlet lays...

She had been kicking her feet and not napping well and waking up whining in middle of the night the last couple days and I’m wondering if it’s because the owlet was getting hot on her foot. Last night I did not put it on her and she slept all night. I’m so upset because we paid $300 for this thing while we did get peace of mind for the last 8m.

However my question is would you call and demand a refund for this product? Call an attorney if they don’t refund you? Etc... taking her to the doctors tomorrow
