What do babies wear in July?

So all my babies have been born late Autumn or in the winter. 1 was born in Summer July 2017 but she was born sleeping at 24wks😔....(clearing throat wiping eyes)... So I don't really know how to dress a baby for summer 🤷🏼‍♀️. I'm always dressing them in a hat, socks, a onsie, then there outfit or sleeper. I believe it's way to hot in July for all that😂😂😂 so how should you dress a newborn? Obviously it's gonna be cool in the house with the air conditioner. Do you still put them in a sleeper and socks in the house? What about when taking them out? Do I still use like a Muslim blanket or no blanket? Would just a cute onsie no socks be ok? Sorry for a thousand questions lol but 9 kids and all born in cool/cold. I TAKE THAT BACK! I do have one born beginning of spring time but even still it was very cool for about 3months so she still wore warm things. Baby's get cold 🥶so that's why I don't know how to dress them for summer.
