Thoughts on disciplining a 15 year old teenager?

-She gets her phone checked weekly.

-Her phone has a screen time restriction.

-No going out to hangout with friends unless there's something important happening.

-Shopping time is a no if she only wants something.

-No croptops

She recently got caught having a boyfriend that is her age. They go to school together. She said they only held hands.

Now

-Her phone is taken away.

-She scrubbed the whole house.

-Took her bedroom door down.

-Sorted her clothes out to make sure it's all appropriate.

-No social media.

-No socializing with friends.

-grounded for a year

Is this too much? What are your thoughts.
