So I’m back for 2020.

I dropped out of the vegan status in 2019... the whole year honestly wasn’t the best for me. Ate a lot of oily foods and didn’t exercise like I should of. Don’t get me wrong I did lose weight... but it wasn’t how I wanted it to go or how I thought it would go.... so I’m back and better than ever 😂 no not really... I have some damage to repair. A lot of you know I have a few autoimmune conditions that make my life a little hard but I’m quite pushy. When it comes to my kids and my families well being I try my hardest to do the best for them.

So time for a good reversal...... you’ll be seeing more photos and exercise plans to come.

I’m going to try and grow a butt this year.... wish me luck 😂🌱
