38w breech! 😳 Options (long)

Today felt like the rug was pulled out from below me. My child has been breech since 32weeks. Since discovering this, I've spent the majority of my time trying all the various flipping methods (yes I've checked out spinningbabies.com).
I went in on Columbus Day (36w) for decreased fetal movement to find my kid had flipped head down to my surprise! I had an ECV already scheduled for the following Monday and was told to keep the appointment just in case baby decided to flip again. So Monday the 19th comes and of course baby is back to breech again. So we go through with the turning. Baby moves back to breech later THAT DAY! I could feel it! Today I'm 38 weeks and I had a doctors appointment and we discover that not only is baby still breech, it's in a footling breech position(feet pointed down)! So he tells me they can go ahead and schedule me for a csection or they can try to flip baby next week and induce me. Both are horrible options in my point of view. I had an induction with my first born due to him being breech as well...it was shitty and needless to say I never want to do that again(I'll spare the details, as I do not want to intimidate or scare any other mothers being induced).
I want a natural birth. In fact if I could have it at home I would! That's why csection and chemical inductions are on the worse case scenario list for me!  He did tell me that there are a couple doctors on the ward who do know how to deliver breech babies. But they have to be butt down babies, which mine is not. So that's not an option. He informed me the risks of gong into labor with a breech baby have a lot to do with the cord prolapsing or being compressed by the feet which then makes everything an emergency and csection is a must.
So my options are the following:
1) ECV followed by chemical induction
2) ECV followed by membrane strip
3) ECV followed by nothing
4) Scheduled csection
5) Go into labor with breech baby and need a csection anyways.
If you were in my shoes. What option would you go with?
