Nice things to do for husband?

I feel like he’s great. Sooo great. Most of our marriage I’ve been pregnant back to back or recovering from birth. Son he’s taken care of me AND works a hard labor job. 
What are some things I can do for him? Sex even kinda sucks cause it’s uncomfortable while pregnant. :((

You can cook his favorite meals, or bake his favorite desserts. You could also plan like a diy spa one evening if he’s into that to help him relax, or go to something like that together. You can also do a lazy day from time to time and just watch what he wants or plan special date nights.  If there are hobbies he hasn’t done, maybe y’all can do that stuff together once every week, two weeks, or month. Or you can also encourage him to do something with his friends and/or family every so often.
