Long post. Help needed if you’ve been in the same situation....

Currently 6 weeks pregnant per LMP and I had light cramps last week on the 9th. Well on the 10th I wiped and I had bright red blood with clot. Along with other symptoms I felt with my last miscarriage. On the 8th my HCG levels were 6573 and the 11th they were 11964. I did have an ultrasound that showed a fetal pole and sac with no heartbeat. The ER Dr says high probability of a miscarriage. I also have 2 Cysts.

Today the Dr wants me to schedule a D&C or choose another option for miscarriage. My HCG tests returned today and my levels are 15,308. So lost and don’t know what to do.... Any suggestions are welcomed.
