Does anyone know if it is safe to take setraline(anxiety pill) when trying to conceive or even while pregnant ?

We wanna try for baby #3 when my son turns 1, but I currently take these pills so just wondering if anyone has gotten pregnant while taking this ?

Sertraline is considered safe. My ob prescribed it to me during my pregnancy because my anxiety was affecting baby. If you need to take something for anxiety you should and sertraline is a good option.

When I was TTC my first I was told sertaline was a good option if I needed medication during pregnancy (I take Wellbutrin normally). I ended up not needing it though.

I took it until the third trimester, when my doctor had me wean off of it.
