Do pregnancy tests really expire?

I bought a huge 100 count box of clinical guard pregnancy tests and I’m ttc baby #2 and I notice that the expiration date is for next month 😬 do they really expire?

Edit: I wanna add that my period is late and Ive still been using these pregnancy tests and the two times I did it they were both negative. Should I not trust it because it says expires 02:2020?
