Fitness Advise?

Okay so. I am five feet tall and when I last weighed myself (before the holidays) O weighed 224. I want to get down to 180. I know that is still over my BMI but I am going to give myself some wiggle room. Work to there and then revise. I have been watching my calorie intake but I haven’t been shying away from the foods I enjoy. I am going to start a walking class for a PE cred and I plan to start only using the stairs. Also I am going to eat more fruits and veggies—tomorrow I plan to eat as if I am a vegetarian. I am not but I figure one day a week? Anyway, my question is—fitness tips? I want to start out easy and then work my way up to the hard stuff. I also REALLY want to get rid of the lower belly fat. It goes out past my breasts and that in itself makes me self conscious.
