Possible mucus plug?

I am 29 weeks 6 days. Yesterday after sex I had spotting. And today this discharge (he did not cum)

My last pregnancy I went into labor after sex at 37 & 5 days. We had sex. I went to clean up after and had tons of red blood. So I took myself to ob triage for examination for the bleeding. Had NO clue i was actively having contractions and 3 cm dilated.

So I guess maybe I’m a little over worried.

Does this look like a mucus plug. It was a little brown tinged
