As a first timer for a birth control use ( i want to have condom free sex with my partner, we are both safe!)
What do you guys recommend?

Did really stay on for me although I was in like every sport in the world so lmao

I've never had the patch, but I've had the pill, and it took away my sex drive and made it hard to get wet.
