3 hour glucose?

So I failed my one hour by 10 points (I needed a 140, I had a 150) therefore requiring I get a 3 hour done especially since my father and both grandmother's have diabetes...

I just got my results back to my phone (doctors appointment is Wednesday) and I'm confused by my results and how this would happen.

My levels were...

Fasting = 81

1 hour = 141

2 hour = 125

3 hour = 161

So going by the chart my doctor uses that means everything EXCEPT my 3 hour is below range. But I'm confused on HOW it can go from 125 at 2 hours to 161 at 3 hours when I wasn't allowed any food or any drink.

Any ideas ladies? I'm so confused.
