Strange red circles under breasts

I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant but I noticed this before I got pregnant so I have no clue what’s going on. A while back I noticed a red circle under the in between of my boobs. I thought maybe it was from my bra or something but then I noticed another one appear. Now it’s to the point there’s a bunch of them and they have like overlapped and became a big red spot. I also have one a little lower. Here is a picture hopefully not too TMI I tried to crop out my boobs. Anyone know what this is?? I’m freaking out.
