Anybody live in Oklahoma City?

Question

There’s a possibility I could be moving out there in a year and a half, so I wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts of the area is?! 
What’s the Kobe market like as far as healthcare & the salon industry?

I do! I love it. It’s affordable and comfortable. I know so many women that make a very lush living on owning a salon, it’s a big business here for sure! Health insurance is good as far as I know, I’ve always been on my moms or husbands though lol but both of theirs is affordable. Make sure you REALLY look into the areas you’re wanting to move. Sometimes it’s better to be out of city limits, like Moore, Yukon, Edmond. Basically every city is 15-20 mins from downtown OKC so there’s a ton of options for living. When I lived in apartments my rent was always about 700-800 for a 2bd 2bath complex in any city. It’s such a blossoming state and there’s really a ton to do!

To add to that previous comment make sure you look into the area of okc that your moving into! Some parts by bricktown can be really run down and then you go over a few streets and it’s really nice neighborhoods!
