How can I bleed so much and still be alive! Filled my Saalt cup 4-5 times in last 2 hours.

I wore my cup all though the night and checked it this morning. Not much blood at all. Figured I would probably be good though the day, but NO. I keep filling and leaking. Lucky I have had panty liners but I only had a hand full and have soaked through all those. I’m at work and had to run to a store down the street during lunch just to get more. Does anyone else bleed this dang much or just me? I used to soak through a super tampon in 1 hour before using the Saalt cup. Do I need to switch to a bigger cup, is there a bigger one?
