My endo diminished!
First to say, English is not my mother language. So I may use any words in the wrong way. But I still want to share my experience and support anyone who has endo!
In July 2018, I was told there was a 4cm endo on my right side and my FSH was 10.2 (my FSH was even worse like 12 before). After 4 months self-control diet but no help, I made up my mind to see a Chinese acupuncturist. During the whole 2019, I went to acupuncture ever other week, took some Chinese herbal medicines and soup under my acupuncturist description. I cut back coffee as she suggested. I was a coffee fan and now I only enjoy coffee when I really really need it.
I just get my ultrasound done and found out my endo now is 2cm! I don’t have cramping and my headaches are not that bad. I hope to share this and give supports to anyone has endo!
