Need some thoughts .....

I’m expecting baby #5. Just turned 35 in November. I’m currently 4 weeks and 5 days. I’ve been spotting for the last 6 days. Went in yesterday to check hcg levels and the doctor said everything looked fine from my blood results. The hcg test results came back reading 4934. However, I’m still spotting, with no cramping. The doctor is sending me to get an ultrasound done on Monday and I’m extremely nervous that something could be wrong. Has anyone been in this situation or similar? Please give me your thoughts.
