Working at make up counter

Hello everyone. I am a certified make up artist but dont have experience outside of classes. Have finished make up artist classes in different country now im in usa. And I wanna apply for w make up counter job. And there is brands like Clinique, estee lauder, bobbi brown and chanel. Does any one have any idea wich brand get paid more? Or if u have make up counter experience please share anything about how to get a job and about salary expectation. Thanks
