How does it take for vagina ph levels to balance out?

I was on antibiotics after an oral surgery last tuesday and since then my vagina has not been right. It would discharge at random all day and have a sour smell. I read that antibiotics can mess up your cats ph balance so i stoped taking them saturday. I have been trying to normalize my ph since then, but i dont know how long its gonna take or what more i need to do. Im already eating yogurt and using dove down there. Any suggestions or answers????
