Weight
I’m 26, and I’m currently at my heaviest weight. I want to change it, but I struggle a lot with determination and staying with it. I had a baby girl in August of 2017 and a baby boy in March of 2019.
After my son, I lost back down to my pre pregnancy weight, but I quickly gained it back, then some. I’m weighing in at 186. I know for some that isn’t much, but I have a history of obesity on both my mom’s and dad’s sides of the family.
My mom is rather large (340 lbs) and my dad is about 250 lbs. I’m steady gaining, and I want to do something about it, but I’m struggling. Emotionally I’m struggling, and I am an emotional eater for sure.
Any tips?
*Edited to add: I attend therapy, and I’m on medication.
