I have a question, usually on the first day of my period- and it has even happened on the second before. I have this wave of cramps that literally keeps me awake at night. I am not sure why they hit at night but they have woken me up from sound sleep before. I would say pain level Ranges from a 7 to a 9 and I can not do anything till the pain subsides. It usually takes a few hours, a heating pad and some extra strength Midol. This round of super cramps happens EVERY month like clockwork. Is this normal?
