Zoloft side effects?

I’ve been taking 150mg Wellbutrin for a month now which I love. I have no side effects aside from my anxiety getting worse. My psychiatrist decided to put me on 50mg Zoloft 2 days ago.

I know when I started Wellbutrin it took me a few days to adjust to it and not be shaky and nauseous.

Well I absolutely hate how the Zoloft is making me feel and I’m hoping this is just while my body adjusts to it. I was warned about serotonin syndrome(toxicity) and to keep an eye out for it.

I have not been able to eat in 2 days aside from a couple snacks. I either puke it up or can’t even get myself to eat food. I have slept maybe a total of 7 hours the past two nights/days because I either feel sick or my legs are cramping up. I can’t seem to fall asleep. My brain is going a million miles a minute most times. Every once in a while my pupils are HUGE and don’t react to light or react slowly. Sometimes my right one is bigger then my left. Occasional I get double vision. I’m also pretty shaky.

I’m not freaking out just yet because I know these are side effects. I do have a follow up in 2 weeks but I just want to make sure that I don’t brush any of these side effects off and have them end up being dangerous.
