Help!!

After I finish my period, around two-three days after I have stopped bleeding my vagina gets super dry and itchy with abnormal discharge. It cracks and bleeds because it’s so dry! At first I thought I was having an allergic reaction to pads but I switched to an all natural cotton brand and while it isn’t as bad as it used to be it still happens! I’m on the pill so I normally skip my period to avoid this situation because it hurts that bad. I went to the doctors and they gave me cream to treat thrush but that made it worse and almost burnt my skin in a way? I just want to know if anyone else gets this and ways to help!
