Does boric acid kill semen???

Does anyone have any experience with this? Every time he ejaculates it messes up my pH and I get BV 😞 but I’m afraid the boric acid I was prescribed is going to kill the semen and prevent us from conceiving.

I use the suppositories about an hour after sex. That way everyone is where they need fo be by then. But, be careful, as they are not safe for pregnancy.

If I took a boric acid suppository right after my boyfriend came in me how would it affect the situation even though it increase fertility if you keep taking it
