This is what I have! I don’t have a fixed headrest but I think it could work. There’s a picture that shows how it attaches. There are two separate straps to wrap around but I think it would probably be fine with just the horizontal strap. Technically none of the mirrors are crash tested for safety and that probably would make it more likely to come off in a crash since it would only have one strap.
