What did you eat after your embryo transfer?

I know This is a stupid question but what did you ladies eat after your transfer? I don't want to it the wrong foods. Stupid I know but.. I can't help thinking that i may eat something wrong.

I ate Popeye's Chicken. Apparently that's what I asked for. I was loopy from the anesthetics, but my husband said I insisted on it. After the anesthesia wore off and I saw all the Popeye's,  I said to my husband, "why did you get this?" He told me it was my idea...I have no recollection! Lol

I wouldn't recommend this, but I ate a TON of candy🥴 Then I drove 17 hours straight the following morning and had to snack on candy the whole way because I was driving by myself😴

So I am in the bc phase of IVF but had heard Amy Shumer is posting about her IVF cycle on Instagram and women are posting their secrets...I did read salty food and Gatorade helps on egg retrieval and pineapple cores and no cold food or drinks for 5 days after transfer! I'm honestly willing to try anything that works! Best of luck and prayers to all you woman on here!
