Need advise please

I have been with this guy for a year an 8 months he just asked me to marry him when I had a miscarriage. While I was pregnant he had said some mean things like we has x n I started bleeding hr took me to hospital cervix was closed blood quant went back up but hospital said possible abortion during early pregnancy. He said everything to be positive I look at him n said how the hell is possible abortion good. On the way home he said if I didn't want to have kids with you I would have got fixed idk if its your hormones but I should leave for 9 months n then come back. I found out one of his baby mamas got engaged a few months before he asked me n I asked him before he asked how long you been thinking about this he said a few months, I feel I am competition with one of his baby mamas considering he married his ex wife/ other baby mama out of rebound an he admitted that to me about marrying her on rebound. He said both of them cheated on him. Also I don't know why when I asked him before you ask me to marry you I want you to tell me how u feel about me he said I can't I'm not romantic like that but said I do love you an that's deep for me. Idk if I can post this here . I have a lot on my mind his ex's text him at work an he has told me he has deleted text messages to clear his iPhone which I have never new him to do this as long as we been together. I just find this a red flag he has a lock on his phone which he has told me the lock #. Any advise from men or women please I don't want to make a big mistake getting married to someone who truly does not deserve my worth
