First round of letrozole

5mg cd 2-6 currently cd 13 I’m so worried it’s not going to work because I feel so dry down I had an hour of EWCM then nothing I ache all over & can’t get warm

1 tube 1 removed due to hydrosalpinx rhs surgically unblocked not hydrosalpinx

Side effects I got headache,fatigue,dizziness,nausea, cramps in abdomen & legs lower back

My feet/hands are always cold & ive read this means cold uterus & nothing will grow there any advice please it’s really upsetting me
