Natural pick me ups??
I first trimester I would feel tired and dizzy after going up the stairs. It wasn’t cool. However second trimester, I feel like no matter how much sleep I get, I feel fatigued all day long!!
I’ve been drinking more water, doing 1 cup of green tea and honey a day, exercising 3-4 days a week...
Does anyone have any other recommendations for natural ways to boost my energy??
