Is this fertile or did I ovulate already?

I was going by the app but it’s not working out for me so trying to stay up on checking cms. App says I ovulate tomorrow but I woke up at 2am nauseas with cramps and now this

You should be tracking with OPKs and/or BBT. Apps only estimate when you could be fertile/ovulating and 9 out of 10 times they are wrong. I’ve been on this app for years and it never once got my ovulation day right. Some months it was off by 5 days or so. Also, relying on CM isn’t a great option either, not everyone gets EWCM and those that do get EWCM get it in the days leading up to ovulation.
