Vasectomy reversal

My husband and I have 4 children together, during my 4th pregnancy he god a vasectomy, our baby turned 1 last month and were considering having 1 more. Does he have to have a full vasectomy or are there other ways around it? And if we went private how much would it cost roughly? We are in the UK.

Any advice on this?
