Convertible car seat?

So as of now I have the stoke stroller and Nuna/stoke infant car seat for my baby girl. However she has reached the limits for her infant car seat AND I found out I’m pregnant with baby #2!
This time around, I want something cheaper and more practical for 2 babies. And I also would like to get a convertible car seat for my firstborn.
Should I get the evenflo Xpand double stroller (that comes with an infant car seat) and then get an evenflo convertible car seat or could the convertible car seat be different from the double stroller ? Any recommendations ? I’m so new to this thank you !

Nuna PIPA Car Seat
There’s no need for the convertible car seat and double stroller to be the same brand. Convertible seats stay installed in the car and do not attach to strollers at all, so they could be the same brand if you choose but it’s not at all necessary. 
What you do want to make sure is that whatever double stroller you choose is compatible with the Nuna infant seat you have, assuming you will be using that for baby #2 and planning to attach that infant seat to your new stroller at times.

Car Seats For The Littles -
I would pass down your infant seat to the new baby and find a convertible you like for the older one. Then you only need to buy 1 new seat now and then in a 1year+ buy a new convertible seat for the baby. 
I have been eyeing up the graco slim fit because of its size. My 5 and 3 year olds have graco seats
