Running pregnant after 2 weeks off
So I run consistently everyday but just found out I'm pregnant (almost 4 weeks). I know its safe to continue but I have to take a 2 week trip where I won't be able to workout. Will it be safe for me to resume once I return?

Thank you all! I was doing so good so I was worried about loosing all that work and I really want to stay active this pregnancy, my last one I dealt with sciatica pain and back pain so I had to stop running but hopefully this one I can continue. Thank you all!
