Blood in breast milk?

Ive been in a lot of pain trying to breastfeed and this is the third time i notice this. Is this normal? It only happens when theyre engorged and have hard lumps. Its not from my nipple either

It’s nothing serious, it’s actually even called “strawberry milk” and is usually called by a noticed or unnoticed crack or blister in your nipple. It is safe to feed to baby.

I don't think it's that serious. It's probably as you say from engorgement. Do you take out all the milk? Check with your doctor but it's probably just blocked ducts. Try massaging before and while you breastfeed/pump, drain everything, wearloose clothes. Whatch out for fever, as prob means it became mastitis.
