My 8 month old has his two bottom front teeth coming in 😩 they’ve broken thru already maybe about a week ago but he’s been very fussy . Last night he developed a fever all day today he’s just been sleeping he’s taken about 4-5 naps since 12pm he literally just wants to eat and sleep he’s not interested in anything else . No cold symptoms or other signs of illness ... is there something I can do to help him . He seems miserable just laying around not playing he wakes up and then just falls right back asleep I feel so bad
