Hot face and neck 7dpo

TTC for 5 months now... had 2chemicals before the end of the year that I knew about only because of testing early, otherwise I would’ve just chalked it up to be a late period... I’m no longer testing early, and trying like crazy to not “symptom spot” but I can’t help it today! I feel so hot in my face and chest/neck... this is new. Anyone experience this before a bfp?? Obviously there are so many different reasons for feeling flush/or hot... man the TWW is brutal. Any input is welcome 😌
