Chrissy is an adult in her mid 20s and she's married to the love of her life. She has a younger brother that is in the care of their mother being that he is still a minor. Their mother is mentally unstable and refuses to seek help. Chrissy fears for her brother's safety and would prefer he live with her until their mother gets the help she needs. Chrissy's husband is dead set against moving his BIL into their home and wants Chrissy to call CPS and let them handle it instead. He warns that their marriage would be negatively affected should she go against his wishes, but Chrissy does not want to bring the government into their situation.
