How to find energy for the gym as a new mom? 🙈
My daughter is 9 months old now and I can’t stand the last 15 lbs of pregnancy weight I still need to lose and the saggy soft belly that I have. I’m not majorly overweight, just some pregnancy chub left and overall not toned.
I really want to lose it but diet isn’t cutting it, I need to start really working out again. I already go on walks everyday with my LO, but I’d love to get sometime to myself and go to the gym and get in a good workout.
The problem is, my husband works 12 hour shifts 5-6 days a week. So the only time I have to go to the gym would be 5 or 5:30 am. I’m exhausted from having my daughter alone all day and I stay up until my husband gets home so that I’m able to be him a bit. I seriously don’t know how the hell to get the energy to get up that early to go to the gym!!
Does anyone here get up that early to workout? Any tips to get yourself out of bed and have the energy to put into a good workout?
