My son is now mainly taking two naps and lately his last nap ends by 4 at that latest and while we aim to put him to bed by 7-7:30, the reality is it’s usually more of a 8 pm bed time. He also doesn’t sleep through the night yet. On most days he is up at least twice sometimes 3 times.

I can’t remember for the life of me how we got out first to sleep through the night. He was a 20 minute napper so by 6/7 he was exhausted. So I think he just did it on his own.
