Pregnet!!

Lady's, I have dealt with fertility problems. Really bad I lost all hope, i had my cousin come down on vacation and for my birthday and she claim i was pregnet I'm in denial i told her no i wanted to celebrate my birthday she needs to stop thinking about me being pregnet it's impossible. The day after my birthday she got a test I told her okay I'll pee to show u wrong. Guess what it came back positive. I was in shocked I was in denial I took 4 then head to the er to confirm since I work a really hevy job. They did stick and blood work positive but I have no symptoms. I book an appointment finally I got my self in they test me and also did an ultrasound they thought I was already 2 months going into 3 but when they did the ultrasound it shows that I'm 6 weeks and with twins I only got to see one heartbeat when i jumped becuse i couldn't believe it. I'm supper excited, I try everything the last thing I used was ( pre-seed ) i dont know if that help but I'm here pregnet with TWINS
