Losing the weight I gained!!

So here I am 4th week into my new lifestyle! I have a few medical issues so i only do 45mins exercise 5 days a week (which includes 15mins stretching) and walk my dogs 10-12miles a week! I made the decision to watch my figure again as I could fit in my jeans anymore! I lived in joggers! BUT I'm now officially 5.5lbs down! I'm so happy and I only have another 2lb of fat to lose! 😄 please be kind I've suffered with my body image for 12years and I've had 3 children. I have mental health and used to suffer anorexia so it's a big thing for me to be healthy.
