Baby only sleeps on me

My 2 month old will only nap on my chest. Please help. I’m exhausted and need her to nap in her bassinet so i can sleep too. She sleeps in a sleep sack or I’ll turn the heat up to 73/74 so she just sleeps in a footsie onsies with nothing else on. I do not want to add any loose Blankets because I want to nap when she naps so please any suggestions on how to get her to sleep in her bassinet. Usually she will sleep on me and once she gets into a deep sleep I will gently lay her down, she will wake up 5 mins later. So that doesn’t work.
